Scholarship 2016

​ ​​​​​​​​​​​​​Application General RequirementsApplicant must be of Hispanic ancestry, permanently residing in Oregon or Clark County, WashingtonApplicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or individuals, who are lawfully authorized to work full-time without restriction for any U.S. employer and who, at the time of application, possess lawful evidence of employment authorization.Applicant must have at least a 3.0 GPA as evidenced by a high school or college transcript.Applicants will be evaluated on academics, extra-curricular activities, community service, written essays, and letters of recommendationApplicant must be enrolled by September 2016 in an accredited community college, 4 year college or university, or accredited graduate degree program.For more information click General Scholarship Information.aspxGeneral Instructions -  Please read carefullyIncomplete applications will not be considered.Any applications, evaluation forms or letters of recommendation received electronically after January 31, 2016 will not be considered.Requirements: Completed Application Form. This includes:Completed List of ActivitiesCompleted List of Community Service & Extra-Curricular Activities

Unofficial transcripts for a minimum of 2 years. If you are a 1st year college student, please provide your current college transcripts, plus your high school transcript.  (If selected as a 2016 scholarship recipient, you will be asked for grade verification by submitting official and certified transcripts. )
